Douglas Paone, MD, has spent more than 30 years working as an internist. Between 1980 and 2002, he ran his first practice, which served patients in the Kansas City area. He also treated patients at a tertiary hospital. Douglas Paone, MD, received numerous awards during this period. He subsequently relocated to Naples, Florida.
He currently holds the responsibilities of a primary care doctor, and sees patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The CEO of a private medical practice, he manages the daily hospital needs of his patients. In addition to diagnosing his patients’ conditions, he provides direction for ongoing treatment. Furthermore, he is a member of the Florida Medical Association.
Away from his professional responsibilities, Douglas Paone, MD, supports charitable causes. He is a contributor to the Children’s Charitable Network and previously spent three years volunteering at a free health clinic. He also enjoys playing and coaching tennis and baseball.
